You will receive 5 personalized workouts each week designed for you!

You can choose to have these exercises be at home, at the gym, or a combination of both throughout the week. The reason you will be receiving only 5 exercises a week is because you will have one rest day and one LISS day (Low-Intesity Steady State). During your 8 or 12 week program you will have 24/7 access to be able to contact me for any questions, concerns, or if you just want to chat at 2 am…. but lets be real please don’t call me at 2 am. I am here for you and want to help you achieve your fitness goals. Every body is different and I want to make sure we are getting a program that fits you specifically. Each program has one on one personal training session included with your purchase. For an in personal one on one session you have to be located in the SLC area. If you are not in the SLC area we can do the one on one session via Facetime or Skype! If you decide to do a one on one session just inquire about it when you sign up for your package!
